转轨时期我国发展虚拟经济的理性思考

Reasonal Consideration On The Fictitious Economy In Periods of Chinese Reform

虚拟经济是当前理论界关注的焦点 ,但多就其风险而讨论。本文通过分析虚拟经济的效应 ,着重论述了我国在经济转轨时期适度发展虚拟经济对推动国有经济战略性重组、治理通货紧缩、完善社会保障制度、加快与国际经济接轨的重要作用 ,并提出了适度发展虚拟经济的对策措施。

According to the effective analysis of fictitious economy,this paper gives consideration to promoting the strategic reorganization of the state-owned economy,administering deflation,completing social assurance and fulfilling the connection with the international economic rules in the periods of chinese reform to appropriately develop chinese fictitious economy and to put forward its counterseasures.
