摘要
从发展当今西部地区县域经济的现实意义入手 ,阐述了激活民间投资对县域经济跨越式发展的意义 ,并分析了西部地区激活民间投资的有利和不利条件 ,提出了激活民间投资的对策建议。
This paper,from the point of view of reality of county regional economy in western part,explaining an importance to enliven popular investments for the leaping development of county regional development,analyses the favourable and disadvantageous conditions and puts forwad the countermeasures to enliven popular investments.
