信息等值与翻译标准

一个特定的翻译标准只能对某一类或某几类特定类型的语篇有效 ,讨论翻译标准必须充分考虑到语篇类型 ;任何一个语篇又都具有不同类型、不同层级的信息 ,因此 ,可以用信息等值作为翻译的总体标准 。

Since no standard for translation can be valid to any text, text type should be taken into consideration in the discussion about the standards. On the other hand, a text contains information of different types and different levels. Accordingly, information equivalence can be used as the general standard for translating in order to effectively deal with texts of different types and information of different levels.
