试论公安行政的执法环境

当前,公安行政执法环境较差,这有执法客体方面的原因,也有执法主体方面的原因。故此,必须完善各项执法规范,指导规范执法;考核指标贯彻“严格执法,热情服务,文明管理”的原则;依法追究妨碍执法的法律责任。
