新刑事诉讼法的颁布 ,对执法的程序要求越来越高 ,特别是庭审方式的改革 ,对现场勘查工作提出了新的要求 ,因此 ,必须改革目前的现场勘查方法 ,提高现场勘查水平 ,以适应新的要求。

With the amendment of Criminal Procedural Law,the procedural requirement for law enforcement is getting higher and higher.In particular,the reform of trial pattern arose new requirement for on-spot inspection.As a result,this requires us to improve the current method of on-spot inspection and the level of on-spot inspection in order to meet the new requirement.
