摘要
本研究采用开顶式熏气装置,探讨了不同低浓度二氧化硫长期暴露对作物光合作用、呼吸作用和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,低浓度二氧化硫长期暴露对小麦、水稻、大豆马铃薯的表观光合强度均有抑制作用。对四种作物的抑制程度为:小麦>大豆>马铃薯>水稻。小麦、水稻、大豆的叶绿素含量亦相应下降。但对大豆、水稻的呼吸作用却有明显的促进作用。
In this experiment, effect of long-time exposure of low concentration SO_2 on photosynthesis, respitation,and chlorophyll content of crops are studied with Open-tog chamber, The restit show that net photosynthesis of wheat, rice, Soybean, and potato is decreased with increase of SO_2 Concentration. The degree of decrease is wheat>soyboan>potato>rice.chlorophyll content of wheat, rice, and soybean is decreased in same treatment, while respitation of soybean and rice is promoted.
