摘要研究观念更新与河南农业现代化建设问题有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文从三个方面对这一问题进行了简要论述 :一是观念更新在整个现代化建设中的地位和作用 ;二是农业现代化建设对人的素质的基本要求及河南农民的观念素质现状 ;三是改变河南农民观念滞后的基本步骤、措施和制度保证。
