On the Standards of Improving the Quality of Arrest

摘要 逮捕是最严厉的限制人身自由的强制措施。当前逮捕案件质量问题越发受到关注。逮捕的质量应从证据标准、事实标准、必要标准、时效标准、公诉标准、错捕标准等方面严格把握。 Arrest is the most severe compulsory measure that restricts personal liberty. However, problems arose in the application of such measure and have gained more and more attention. In the author's view, efforts should be made to set up a series of standards which are helpful to improve the quality of arrest.
