实施社区警务,是全国公安派出所杭州会议明确提出的派出所发展“三大战略”之一。江门市白沙派出所坚持把“抓基础、抓防范、抓管理、抓服务”作为深化社区警务战略工作的核心内容;规范社区警务运作,努力构筑全方位、立体化的社会治安防控体系;工作模式由原来的“有求必应”型转变为“有求必应+主动服务”型;坚持“以人为本”,建立一套有效的队伍管理长效机制,在推进社区警务战略方面已取得了明显的社会效果。
