摘要
应用改进的淀粉凝胶电泳法研究了江西12个地方猪品种(系)的淀粉酶(Am)、血液结合索(Hpx)和铜蓝蛋白(Cp)三种血清蛋白的多态性,测定并分析了各自的基因型及基因频率的特点,为这些地方猪的保种和利用提供了可靠依据.
The polymorphisms of amylase (Am).hemopexin(Hpx) and Ceruloplasmin (Cp) were investigated by means of improved starch gel electrophoresis,and the alleles,genotypes and their frequencies were calculated and analysed.The serum Am.Hpx and Cp systems in- clude three,six and two alleles and six.sixteen and two genotypes respectively.However. the results are significantly different in different pig breeds,the Hpx^0and Hpx^(1F)alleles show their characteristics among most of Jiangxi native Pig breeds.And in Cp locus,it is almost monomorphic Cpbb.
