摘要
研究了甘蔗异背长蝽卵在实验室条件下的发育起点温度和有效积温,结果表明,卵的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为11.49±0.62℃和227.48±10.7日度。还进行了不同土层深度越冬卵孵化进度的观察比较,结果土表越冬卵的孵化始期和高峰期均比土下5cm 和8 cm 的提早7~8 d.又根据卵发育过程中颜色变化的特征,将其分为三级,并分别置于20℃和23℃恒温箱内保湿培养,观察各级卵的历期,结果依次为10.28 d、2.83 d、12.19 d和7.67 d、2.28 d、10.08 d;卵历期分别为25.4 d 和20.5 d.
The developmental zero and effective accumulated temperature of the eggs of Carelerius saccharivorus (Okagima) were studied in the laberatory.The result showed that the developmental zero was 11.49±0.62℃,and the effective accumulated temperature was 227.48±10.07 day-degrees.The observation on the hatching schedule of the hibernant eggs in different soil layers showed that both the start-hatching date and summit-hatching date of the eggs on the surface soil were 7-8 days ealier than the eggs 5cm and 8cm deep underground.Based on the colour changes of them in development,the eggs were divided into 3 degrees.In constant temperature boxes and under constant humidity,the develop- ment spans of various degrees of the eggs were 10.28,2.83,12.19,days (20℃) and 7.26, 2.28,10.08 days (23℃)respectively.Development spans of the eggs were 25.4 days (20℃) and 20.5 days (23℃)
