摘要
本试验用盆栽方法进行不同浓度 S-3307浸种对水稻控长促蘖效应的研究。试验结果表明,用40×10^(-6)~80×10^(-6)S-3307浸种,对20 d 左右秧龄的水稻秧苗有显著的控长促蘖和增加叶片数的效应.对30d 左右秧龄秧苗,用100×10^(-6)~200×10^(-6)S-3307浸种的控长促蘖效果与40×10^(-6)的相比,达显著差异,当浓度高达400×10^(-6)时,促蘖效果有所下降.
The present paper deals with the effects of soaking seeds with S-3307 solutions of va- rious concentrations on reducing plant height and increasing tillers of rice seedlings.Exper- imental results showed that soaking seeds with 40×10^(-6)~80×10^(-6) S-3307 solutions,had significant effects on reducing plant height and increasing tillers of 20-days' rice seedlings. Soaking seeds with 100×10^(-6)~200×10^(-6) S-3307 solutions had more significant effects on reducing plant height and increasing tillers of 30-days' rice seedlings than that with 40× 10^(-6) S-3307 solution.When rice seeds were soaked with 400×10^(-6) S-3307 solution,the effect on increasing tillers decreased.
