摘要 近十年来,已发展了数种植物转基因技术,然而均不能广泛地应用于象水稻、小麦、大麦等世界上的主要作物。这些物种需要更有效的转基因方法.本文综述了一种较有潜力的转基因技术——微粒轰击法。闸述了该技术的发展过程、基本原理和结构。讨论了影响转化效率的若干因子。概括了该技术在植物转基因中的应用.评价了它的优点和需要进一步完善的问题. For recently ten years a number of transformation methods have been developed for the introduction of DNA into plants.However,none of these are universally applicable and many of the world's major crops such as rice,wheat and barley still remain untransformed. The recalcitrant species needs an alternative method of transformation.This article reviews .the evolution of particle bombardment,briefly explains the principle of the acceleration sys- tems and the construction of the instrument,and the factors effecting transformation effi- ciency,summaries the application in gene delivery to plants by particle bombardment, evaluats its advantages and potential and discusses some unsolved problems.
