摘要
分析测定了枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl)五个主产区的31个主要品种果实的17种水解氨基酸(包括人体所必需的8种,下同),类胡萝卜素和可溶性固形物含量,并进行了多因素多级模糊综合评判。评判结果将31个品种分成三大类:第一类共有13个品种,均为红砂类,三种营养成分含量均高,尤以氨基酸含量较高;第二类有10个品种,它们有二种营养成分含量较高;第三类有8个品种,匀属白砂类,它们的类胡萝卜素及氨基酸含量均较低,唯可溶性固形物含量较高,均在10%以上.研究结果对于枇杷栽培及品种选育具有重要参考价值。
On the basis of chemical analyses of the contents of 17 Kinds of amino acids, carotenoids and soluble solids in the fruits of 31 main varieties of loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl),and order of evaluation of the contents of nutritive components was given by fuzzy comprehensive judgment.The 31 varieties may be classified into three groups: (1)13 varieties,all belonging to Hong-sha,have higher contents of three nutritive components,especially that of amino acids. (2)10 varieties,have higher contents of two nutritive components. (3)8 varieties,all belonging to Bai-Sha,have lower contents of carotenoids and amino acids,but higher contents of soluble solids,all over 10%.
