摘要
背越式跳高采用反向教法,能使学生尽快消除起跳后身体不敢后倒的心理障碍.重视落地技术,将会对整个动作过程起到一个反馈的效果,以加深对完整技术动作要点的理解,增加过杆的练习时间,提高学习质量,在有限的教学时数内,掌握提高背越式跳高的基本技术.
To acopt the backward teaching of back roll jump can make students eliminate their psychological obstructs when they fear to fall back after take-off.Paying attention to landing technique will have the feed-back effects of the whole process and help them under- stand the main point of the whole movement.It will increase the time of the practice of clear- ing crossbar and improve the study quality.In the limit teaching periods,we should make students master and improve the fundamental technique of back roll jump.
