辽宁乡镇企业产权制度改革中的问题与对策

Problems in the Reform of the Property Right system in Liaoning Township Enterprises and Counter Measures

本文认为 ,目前辽宁省乡镇企业产权制度改革中存在以下问题 :一是乡镇企业改制偏重出售一种形式 ;二是转制中集体资产的流失 ;三是对股份制和股份合作制的认识偏差 ;四是产权制度改革中的急于求成。针对以上问题 。

This paper believed that there existed the following problems in the reform of the property right system in Liaoning township enterprises: 1.too much stress being put on selling in the reform; 2. loss of collective assets during the transition; 3. understanding discrepancy in stock system and joint-stock system; 4. over-anxious to get achievements. The paper also put forward main countermeasures to cope with these problems.
