摘要
本文论述了在社会经济、科技和教育改革的大背景下 ,对大学教师教学质量进行评价的必要性 ;分析了以课程教学目标和教学效果为主要指标评价大学教师教学质量的难度及负面效应 ,提出以教学过程为主兼顾教学效果实施评价的可行性及容易出现的偏差 ;结合沈阳农业大学的实践 ,对大学教师教学质量评价的评价主体、指标体系。
This paper expounded the necessities to appraise the teachers' teaching quality under the macro-situation reform in the fields of society, economy, science and technology and education, analyzed the difficulties and negative effects in using course-teaching aims and teaching effects as indexes to appraise college teachers' teaching quality and pointed out the feasibility and possible discrepancies in taking both teaching process and effects as appraisal index. Based on the practice of Shenyang Agricultural University, this paper discussed the appraisal subjects, index system, implementation procedure and the application of the appraising results.
