摘要
本文探讨了体育舞蹈对中老年人的健身作用。对参加体育舞蹈的中老年人训练前后血压、腰围等指标进行规定。结果表明:经过6个月的训练,精神状态、盱民等主观指标均有显著改善,安静时的收缩压、舒张压和呼吸频率以及5分钟慢三步华尔兹舞后的心率均较训练前显著下降。可以说体育舞蹈对中老年人具有良好的健身效应。
In order to explore the physical fitness effects of sports dance on middle or old age men,the dancers' blood pressure and waistline and so on were measured before and after dance training. Results:after dance training for 6 months, the spiritual and sleeping conditions and other subjective indexes wer improved significantly. The systolic or diastoic pressure and the rate of respiration at rest and the heart rate after acute exercise in post-training were lower than those in pre-training. It proved the good fitness effects of sports dance on the middle or old age people .
