摘要
运用“极限爆发训练法”对12名高校高水平男子篮球运动员进行了为期12个月的力量训练,结果表明,此法能使运动员的弹跳力、爆发力和速度显著提高。
The 12 top level college basketball players were trained for 12 months with the limit erupting training method . It was found that the jumping ability ,erupting ability and speed of players were obviously improved by this method .
