Some Issues on PE Teaching and Students' Mental Development

体育教学作为学校教育的有机组成部分，以其身体性运动的行为方式而成为培养学生创新能力不可替代的内容。本文论证了体育教学与学生心智发展的关系，并提出：观念的转变总是要在教学内容和教学方式的改革上得到体现。为此，对体育教师的业务素质提出了新的更高要求，学生体育学习的评价也应建立新的评价体系。

As a component part of the whole education, PE teaching can be regarded as an indispensable means to train students' creative ability for its special behavioral modes of physical movement. This thesis discusses the relationship between PE teaching and students' mental development. It holds that the ideological transformation should be reflected in the changes in teaching contents and methods , so more strict requirements should be put forward to improve PE teahers' professional quality , and a new evaluation system be set up to appraise students' study in physical education.
