农户是在各种已知约束条件下作出理性选择的决策者 ,农户可以通过对农业市场结构的分析 ,选择最优的竞争战略。本文通过引入企业战略理论中的进入壁垒、退出壁垒和竞争战略理论 ,进而建立起一种新的农户行为分析框架 ,为更好地理解、分析与预测各种农户行为 ,分析农业的产业结构调整。

The peasant household is the policymaker who makes rational choices under all kindsof known limited conditions-choosing the best competition strategy through the analysis of agricultural market structure.This paper sets up a new frame for household behavior analysis through introducing enterprise strategic theories as theories of entry barriers exit barriers and competition strategy,etc. It provides a new tool for a better understanding,analysis and prediction of peasant household behavior,and for analyzing agricultural policy structure adjustment,'help-the-poor'measures and the phenomenon of policy failure.
