浅谈邓小平“搞争论”与“不搞争论”的思想

Talk on Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts about“ Carrying on Controversies”and“ Not Carrying on Controversies”

“搞争论”和“不搞争论”是邓小平理论中相互区别又相互统一的两个重要思想。一方面，两者是针对不同情况而言的，“搞争论”是针对原则性问题而言，“不搞争论”是针对策略性问题而言；另一方面，两者又是相互统一的，都体现了解放思想、实事求是这一邓小平理论的精髓，共同服务于社会主义现代化建设这一当代中国的最大政治，且相互影响，相互促进。

In Deng Xiaoping's Theory,“ carrying on controversies” and“ not carrying on controversies” are two important thoughts which are differentiated from and integrate whth each other. On the one hand, the two are said aiming at different situations.“ Carrying on controversies” is said aiming at principle problems,and“ not carrying on controversies” is said aiming at tactical problems. On the other hand, the two integrate with each other, embodying the quintessence of Deng Xiaoping's theory of emancipating the mind and seeking the truth from facts,jointly giving service to the socialist modernization construction- the greatest politics in modern China, and influencing and promoting each other.
