浅谈医德教育的连续性

The Continuity of Medical Ethics Education

医务工作者医德品质的形成和发展具有内在的规律性。这一规律要求医德教育必须根据医务工作者成长过程的不同阶段，采取不同的方法和途径，有步骤有重点地进行。在此过程中，医学院校与医院应齐心协力，加强合作，特别要注重临床学习阶段的医德教育，防止医德教育的脱节和由此造成的医德品质的滑坡，促使社会医德风尚的整体改观。

The forming and developing of iatrical moral character have its regularity.And different methods must be adopted at the relevant stages of iatrical moral education.In order to make good effect,schools and hospitals shoud make concerted effort on it,especially pay more attention to iatrical moral education in the course of clinic.
