General Situation of Energy Conservation in Civil Buildings and its Compare between Germany and Sichuan Province

本文介绍了目前德国民用建筑节能的现状及其所取得的显著成效,将其与我国四川地区的民用建筑进行比较,分析了两者的差别,并指出了我国民用建筑节能的发展方向。

In this paper, achievement of energy conservation in civil buildings in Germany has been introduced. It is compared with the situation in Sichuan Province.The difference should guide the energy conservation development in Chinese civil buildings
