水工枢纽首级控制测量常用的测边网和边角网,常常发生扭曲变形,以致对观测元素的精度产生误解,增加可靠性分析工作量,浪费人力物力,因此必须寻求解决办法:即正确处理好边长观测元素的系列长度变形问题.

The networks of Survey-side and side-angle are often used to the first class controlled Survey of multipurpose project. It cause the distorted deformation always, So let the mistake occur for the accuracy of observation element, increase the working hours of reliability analysis and waste man power and material. Thereby finding out the method to solve the problem is necessary. i.e. Correctly and better treat the deformation problem of the series length for observation element.
