摘要
介绍一种以IGBT作为输出半导体的11kVA通用型脉宽调制(PWM)变频装置。采用8098单片机为核心的控制系统,实时控制三相高频可编程脉宽调制器(SLE4520),产生SPWM(正弦脉宽调制)信号的数字控制方法,改善了PWM变频器的性能。实验表明,系统运行平稳,调速平滑,动态性能好。
A fully digital-controlled SPWM inverter with IGBT as the main power devices is introduced. The control system of this inverter is composed of micro controller 8098 and the new type three phase. PWM IC- SLE4520. The experiments show that this inverter has high reliability, high control precision and good dynamic response.
