阐述了Hilbert变换基本原理,分析了齿轮和轴承的故障特征。应用Hilbert变换的解调技术对齿轮故障信号进行了幅值、相位和频率解调。最后通过一诊断实例进一步说明了Hilbert变换在齿轮和轴承故障诊断中的应用。
The basic principle of Hilbert transformation was described.The fault characteristics of gear and bearing were discussed.The demodulation technique of Hilbert transformation was used to demodulate the amplitude,phase an frequency of gear′s fault signal.At last,an example was presented to further explain the application of Hilbert transformation in gear and bearing′s fault diagnosis.
