大别山北麓侏罗系一个典型的古冲积扇──凤凰台组

A TYPICAL PALEO-ALLUVIAL FAN, THE FENGHUANGTAI FORMATION, IN THE JURASSIC SYSTEM AT THE NORTH FOOT OF THE DABIESHAN MT

安徽境内大别山北麓，发育着一套晚侏罗世厚度近２０００ｍ的巨厚砾岩层──凤凰台组。这是一个具有特征结构构造的典型的冲积扇相沉积。沿山麓呈多个扇体相互叠置状分布。对其砾石成分研究，为大别山抬升时代，提供重要地质证据。

A suite of very large late Jurassic conglomerate layer of about 2000 m in thickness, the Fenghuangtai Formation is developed at the north foot of the Dabieshan Mt in Anhui province. It is a typical alluvial fan facies deposition with characteristic texture and structure, extending along the mountainous foot in the form of multiple fan bodies superimposing one another. Research into its gravel components will provide significant geological evidence for timing the uplift of the Dabieshan Mt.
