〈HM—483×32型弧板钢模〉为国家“七五”科技攻关项目〈C100级超高强砼制品——钢筋砼弧板支架〉专门设计的构件预制模具,也是该项目中主要研制的内容之一。钢模研制成功后,经过生产实际的验证可以得出:与国内同类模具相比,它以整体性能好,尺寸大,造价低,使用方便和周转率较高而见长。
The Model HM-483×32 Arc Steel Die is a die set specially designed for preparing members of reinforced concrete arc supports,a product made of C100 super-strength concrete which is a key project during the National Seventh Five-Year Plan period. The Die is a major portion of the project. It is found in practical use after the development of the die that,over die sets of a similar kind within China,this model exhibits such advantages as being excellent in bulk property and performance,large in dimensions,low in costs,easy to operate and fast in circulation.
