文章认为 ,产业法是调整产业政策的制定、实施过程中所发生的经济关系的法律规范的总称。产业法属于经济法的调整范畴 ,因为 :产业法是社会本位法 ,是公私兼顾、以公为主的法 ,处于社会法域 ;产业法具有综合系统性和平衡协调性。产业法是经济法中的一项独立法律制度 ,它与计划法、财政金融法。

Industry law is the system of regulations on regulating the economic relations which occur when we enacting and enforcing industry policy. Industry law belongs to economic law. The reasons are:industry law is the law which based on social benifits;It lays particular attention to public law based on giving attention to both private law and public law. It is also systemic and balance law.
