贝克曼6300型氨基酸分析仪用钠型缓冲液的研究

A Study on the Buffers Na-A.B.D for Beckman 6300 System

本文报道了贝克曼6300型氨基酸分析仪用试剂国产化研究的一部分,Na—A、B、D系列缓冲液的研究。钠型缓冲液主要用作分析柱的淋洗剂,使蛋白质水解氨基酸通过柱子后得到分离。研究结果表明,各氨基酸的分离度,定量分析的准确度,化学稳定性等主要性能指标已经达到进口试剂水平。

A study on the buffers Na-A.B.D for Beckman 6300 system was carried out. These buffers were produced by using chemicals made in China. Buffers Na-A, B, D were used for mobile phases in analysis column. Amino acids prepared by hydrolization of protein were separated each other off through out this column. The result showed that the resolution of peaks of amino acids, the accuracy of determination and chemical stability of these buffers have achieved the level of Beckman 6300 Amino Acid Analysis buffers NaA,B,D.
