克服中学生“恐栏”心理的教学方法 被引量:1

摘要 跨栏跑是田径运动中技术比较复杂、难度大、对身体素质要求较高的一个项目.在体育教学中,学生对跨栏跑有不同程度的心理障碍,即学生对跨栏有害怕、胆怯的心理,主要由于栏架的高度.不少学生怕字当头,缩手缩脚,以致动作僵硬,步伐紊乱,技术动作变形,有的甚至不敢跨栏架,从而影响了学生跨栏运动的成绩提高和跨栏教学的顺利进行.现就如何根据中学生的生理和心理特点,运用灵活多变的教学方法,克服跨栏跑时的心理障碍,提高跨栏兴趣,谈谈个人的经验体会.
