Research on the Conformation of Physical Education and Health Course in the University

高校体育与健康课程是以身体锻炼为主要手段 ,以提高学生身心健康素质为目标的一门新颖的课程。本文运用文献资料、比较分析、归纳推理等方法对该课程的目标的内涵、教材体系框架及课程评价体系的原则和内容进行了论述 ,旨在为高校实施体育与健康课程提供理论依据。

The course of physical education and health in university is the new one which aims at raising the physically and mentally healthy quality of the students with the main method of having physical training. This article expounds the connotation of the course purpose, the frame of the teaching material system and the principle and content of the course evaluating system by comparing, analysing, concluding and inferring the documents and intends to provide the basis of theory to carry out the above-mentioned course in university.
