通过对艺术体操新旧规则的对比 ,运用资料查询 ,比较分析等方法 ,对艺术体操运动的发展方向进行了研究。结论得出 :新规则更加体现艺术体操运动自身特点 ,引导艺术体操成套技术动作向着高难度、高规格、高质量的方向发展。

In this article ,the author compares the old Rhythmic gymnastics rule to the new one , and finds that the new rule be more fit to the character of Rhythmic gymnastics itself ,such as the high difficulty of series actives ,the high specs of actives and high quality of actives .
