城市家庭体育活动形式的调查

Research on the Form of Family Sports Exercise in City

采用社会调查法 ,对苏州市部分城区 36户家庭的家庭体育活动形式作相关调查 ,结果显示目前城市家庭体育活动形式主要有 4种 :1) .节假日的体育旅游 ;2 ) .购置家庭器材和配置家庭健身房 ;3) .参与健身中心的活动 ,参加社区家庭运动会 ;4) .家庭内部体育活动。并就各类家庭体育活动特点作相关分析。

Using the way of social research , the author visits 36 family in town , and finds that there are four forms of family sports exercise in city : 1). The form in which the whole family take part into tour in holiday ;2).the form in which the family gets some facility for exercise ; 3).the form in which the member in family take part into the activities provided by community center;4).the form in which family hold some family sports game .
