唐山市工业企业技术创新战略模式的选择

The choice of technological innovation strategy model of Tangshan's industrial enterprises

唐山工业企业技术创新存在的主要问题是技术创新动力不足 ,能力有限 ,方向不明 ,效果不好。唐山工业企业技术创新战略模式应从三个层次上进行选择 :第一层次选择追随战略 ,第二层次选择引进 -消化 -吸收 -再创新战略 ,第三层次选择模仿战略。同时指出 :唐山工业企业技术创新战略随形势变化应是一个逐步升级的战略 ,即拿来战略—→模仿战略—→引进再创新战略—→追随战略—→领先战略。

This paper conducts a thorough examination on current situations of the technological innovations in industrial sectors of Tangshan.It's been found that the existing major problems with the innovations constitute the lack of motivations,limited capabilities,aimlessness and unsatisfactory effects.Based on the realities of Tangshan,this paper points out that the selection of the right innovation strategies for Tangshan's industrial sectors should be carried out in three stages:first,the selection of following up strategy,second,the selection of acquisition assimilaton renovation strategy,and third,selection of imitation strategy.It emphasizes that the technological innovation strategy in industrial sectors of Tangshan should be upgraded continuously along with the objective situations,following such a development course as acquisition imitation renovation following up taking the lead.
