摘要
对资本与劳动的雇佣关系问题进行了分析 ,在将资本进一步确定为实物资本、将劳动进一步确定为人力资本的前提下 ,认为二者雇佣关系的确定主要取决于企业中两种资本存量的比较、两种资本的可替代性比较、两种资本稀缺度的比较、两种资本亲合度和亲合领先度的比较等四个方面因素综合作用的结果。在此基础上 ,说明了以往的研究把资本雇佣劳动作为论题的原因 ;
The article analyses the employment relationship of capital and labor and points out that the empolyment relationship mainly depends on the integration of the relative quantities,replaceablity,scarcity,affinity of the two kinds of capital,defining capital as material capital and labor as human capital.On the basis of this,the article explains why the previous studies stick to the topic of capital employing labor;the article analyses the new characteristics and trend of the employment relationship in the information economy times.
