从社会要求的角度着重分析了理工科大学生在人际交往能力、语言表达能力和创造性思维能力方面存在的不足 ;强调了培养他们这三种能力的重要性 ;提出了如何培养和训练他们这三种能力的措施和方法。

This article mainly analyzes the defects of the students' abilities of personal communication,language expression and creative thinking,stresses the importance of training their three important factors,and puts forward some ways how to train these three.
