摘要
着重分析产生交通肇事逃逸的原因,从交通肇事逃逸案件损害后果、行为主体,环境特征三方面总结交通肇事逃逸案件的规律,探析了加强交通肇事逃逸的侦玻措施,如何有效地进行交通肇事逃逸的预防。
This paper focused on the courses of traffic accident escaping, from the assaulting result, action main body, environment characters summed up the rules of the traffic accident escaping cases. Discussed the strengthening of the investigating measures and the effective prevention measures.
