摘要
法治状态是法治的一个综合性、整体性问题,在法学史上,法学家们已经提供了有关法治状态的多种理论模式,其中一定社会状态是法治状态的实质性组成部分。本文就法治的社会状态模式(即社会标志)进行了论述。
The rule by law condition is a synthesized and systematical problem of rule by law. In the history of law, the jurists have put forward various theory mode of rule by law condition, and the certain social condition is a substantial part in it. This paper discussed the social condition mode in society of rule by law .
