摘要
阐述了STR在我国存在的一些问题:如何准确分型;STR的命名问题;实验室之间的结果比对等。为解决STR在我国存在的问题,应尽快完善DNA技术标准化、质量控制化。建立完善的DNA数据库,使我国DNA分析技术进入一个崭新的时代。
The existing problems of STR in China: how to assort accurately; the naming of STR; the result comparing of different labs. To solve these problems, we should standardize the DNA techniques, control the quality, set up a complete DNA database, and move the DNA analyze technique in China to a new era.
