“客串”现象在法制心理学研究中普遍存在。其原因在于:社会需要对法制心理学发展提出了要求;法制心理学本身的特点为“客串”现象的出现提供了可能;科学的快速发展、知识的积淀加快为自我“客串”提供了条件。怎样对待法制心理学研究中的“客串”现象呢?首先,应当鼓励“客串”;其次,减少“客串”现象的负面影响;再次,提高“客串”研究队伍素质。
