摘要
随着社会需求的日益扩充,私人侦探的存在与发展已成为不可忽视的重要问题之一。然而,司法理论界、实务界对此却存在褒贬不一的看法。本文欲从对私人侦探正反两方面价值的评析着手,对私人侦探在中国发展的可行性提出一点拙见。
With the increasing of the need in the society, the existing and developing of private detectives become an unig-norable problem. There are different point of views in the law theory and practicing world. This paper discussed the two sides of private detectives, and expressed some opinions about its development in China.
