摘要
本文通过对WTO法律原则的分析 ,从全球经济一体化的视角审视我国区域经济发展的存在问题 ,对我国区域政府在最惠国待遇原则、国民待遇原则、取消数量限制原则、禁止倾销和限制补贴原则及透明度原则之应对策略及措施方面提出了建议。
This paper brings out some suggestions of regional governments countermeasures in the principles of most favored nation treatment, national treatment, elimination of quantitative restrictions, dumping prohibition, subsidies restriction and transparence through analyzing the legal principles of WTO, and examining the existing problems of our regional economic development for the angle of global economic integration.
