贪污、贿赂犯罪嫌疑人通常以拒供、谎供、翻供等方式来对抗对其罪行的侦查、讯问 ,侥幸、畏罪、矛盾、抗拒等心态是支撑上述诸种对抗方式产生的内在心理基础。犯罪心理学研究表明 ,检察人员在初查、第一次讯问等关键阶段对犯罪嫌疑人有意设定的心理限制 。

The suspects of corruption and bribery crimes usually use such ways as the refusal of confession,the false confession and reversion of confession to fight against the detection of their crimes. The lucky idea, the fear of punishment of crimes, the feeling of contradiction and the resistance of interrogation are full of the suspects' minds during the whole interrogation. Fortunately, the criminal psychology research indicates that if we restrict the suspects' minds intentionally at the stage of preliminary investigation and the first interrogation ate, the cases will get greatly broken through.
