近年来,我国有组织犯罪呈逐年上升势头,犯罪分子活动日益猖獗,手段日渐诡秘、狡诈,发展态势日趋严重,给我国正在进行的社会主义现代化建设和新形势下的社会治安都带来了严重的冲击和破坏。因此,深刻认识有组织犯罪的本质,深入了解我国有组织犯罪的现状,并制定相应的治理对策,具有重要的现实意义。

At present, the organized crime has been increasing year after year. The offenders using all sorts of tricks are rampant. This crime seriously undermines the construction of socialist modernization and social public order under new situations.
