本文给出两个定理,论证了Eisenstein定理与文献[2]中定理的互效性,进而证明了两者可以互相转化。

This paper came up with two theorems, demonstrated the mutuality between Eisenstein Theorem and the theorems in Document[II], and then proved that both of them can be transformed.
