摘要
针对ＣＩＭＳ生产线的可靠性分析和缓冲区状态分析，提出了求稳态概率分布的一般方法，并将之用于两级串联生产线、装配生产线和拆卸生产线。缓冲区不可靠可转化为可靠来分析。
Abstract In order to analyses the reliability and buffers states of the production lines in CIMS, this paper presents a general algorithm to solve the limiting probability distribution, which is used to study the series lines, assembly lines and disassembly lines with two machines. Finally, the line with unreliable buffers is changed into the line with reliable buffers.
