摘要
给出了非奇Ｈ－矩阵的一些新的充分条件和充要条件，这些条件推广了黄廷祝（１９９４年）、逄明贤（１９８９年）、沈光星（１９９０年）的相关结果，使非奇Ｈ－矩阵的判定问题在理论上更为完善。这些条件也可作为非奇Ｈ－矩阵的实用判据。
Abstract In this paper, some new sufficient conditions and an new equivalent condition of nonsingular H matrices are obtained.
