在活动图象中进行图象分割，不使用人机交互方式，而是自动检测移动目标，确定包含目标轮廓的区域，然后分割目标与背景并提取移动目标的轮廓．
his paper provides a new method of image segmentation in moving picture. We use motion vector(MV) to detect moving object and then use histogram to segment moving object and backgroud automatically.
